Grip firmly a 40-50 cm piece of VITIS Dental Tape between the index and middle fingers of each hand, leaving a 2-3 cm portion in the middle. Insert the dental tape between the teeth and make a gentle tossing motion. When the tape reaches the gum line, touch it to one of your teeth and gently slide it between your teeth and gums until resistance is encountered (never use too much force). Repeat these steps on all your teeth using a clean piece of tape in each.
