PRIM Bruxicalm Protetor Bucal Night is a device whose main function is to interpose between the upper and lower dentures, thus avoiding direct friction between the teeth (bruxism) and providing relaxation of the jaw muscles. Put the device on before going to sleep.
Heat water to the boiling point and, after removing it from the heating source, insert the mouthguard for a few seconds, until the material acquires a malleable consistency. Take the mold while it is still hot and adjust it to the denture of the upper jaw, pressing lightly for a few seconds to adapt to the jaw. Remove the mouthguard and insert it in cold water to fix the material. You can repeat this operation on the mouthguard if it has not been properly adjusted.
