Diarrhea is a phenomenon associated with a state of irritation and inflammation of the intestinal mucosa and characterized by an increase in secretion and/or reduced absorption of fluids, associated with increased intestinal motility. In addition to discomfort and pain, diarrhea presents the risk of dehydration, loss of vitamins and minerals, and an imbalance of the intestinal bacterial flora.
Lenodiar Pediatric works thanks to Actitan-F, a natural molecular complex that reduces diarrhea discharges and normalizes stool consistency, favoring a rapid balance of intestinal functions, and reduces inflammation of the mucosa thanks to two mechanisms of action:

•     Protective action, obtained through the formation of a barrier film that limits contact with microorganisms and irritants;
•     Radical scavenger action on free radicals, counteracting the irritation of the mucosa.
•     Promotes rapid recovery of intestinal functionality and bacterial flora.

Indicated for the treatment of diarrhea of different origins (viral infection, influenza syndromes characterized by diarrhea, functional diarrhea, iatrogenic diarrhea due to drug ingestion, traveler's diarrhea). It is recommended to give the child an adequate amount of fluids to avoid the risk of dehydration. The product is indicated from 1 year of age.
