ENNA Cycle Menstrual Cup S The menstrual cup is a soft, malleable container that is inserted into the vagina during menstruation to collect menstrual flow. The menstrual flow resides inside the cup until it is removed and the liquid in the cup is emptied. The menstrual cup can stay inside the vagina for up to 12 hours. The glass, well maintained, can last for up to 10 years, which makes it economical. It includes 2 menstrual cups size M (18 to 35 years old, may vary between size S/M), an applicator and a sterilizing box for the cup.
How to insert the menstrual cup - Bend the menstrual cup to make it as small as possible to facilitate insertion. Then slide the folded cup into the vagina. Once inserted, readjust the cup so that it opens inside the vagina.
How to remove the menstrual cup - Use the thread as an aid to reach the menstrual cup and gently push down to the base of the cup.
How to use the enna box to sterilize the cup - Place the menstrual cup inside the box with water (the lid must remain open) and then place it in the microwave for 3 minutes at 700 W until the water is poured inside from the enna box. Finally, remove the box from the microwave and pour out the inside. Let the glass dry inside the box in the inverted position.
We advise you to sterilize the glass once a month.
