Cystiphane contains L-cystine, Vitamin B6 and Zinc. L-cysteine (the precursor of L-cystine) contributes to increase resistance and stimulate hair and nail growth and is a revitalizing agent. Vitamin B6 contributes to the normal synthesis of cysteine. Zinc contributes to the maintenance of hair and normal nails and contributes to the protection of cells against undesirable oxidations.
Recommended intake: 4 tablets per day, in 1 or 2 doses during meals for a period of 3 months that can be repeated.
