BioDefenses is a dietary supplement made up of prebiotics and probiotics, which contributes to the rebalancing and maintenance of healthy intestinal flora. Intended for adults and adolescents from 12 years old, it can be used in all situations where there is an imbalance of intestinal flora (episodes of diarrhea or vomiting, unbalanced eating, taking antibiotics, situations of physical and mental stress).
Take 1 capsule a day, preferably at breakfast. If you are taking BioDefenses at the same time as an antibiotic, you should separate the doses of the two products in at least 2 hours.
Per capsule (on average): Lactobacillus rhamnosus (R0011); Lactobacillus helveticus (R0052); Bifidobacterium longum (R0175) (total probiotics: 8 billion UFC); Fructooligosaccharides (FOS) (80 mg).
