Aquilea Relax helps you relax, favoring rest and sleep.
As a relaxing facilitator, take 1 tablet a day when needed. To facilitate restful sleep, take 1 tablet 1 to 2 hours before bedtime. The tablets should be swallowed whole and with plenty of water.
Per tablet: Valerian Extract (500 mg); Passionflower Extract (100 mg); Common Hawthorn Extract (100 mg).
